You say you don’t like Black people…
But you still enjoy their inventions.
Strange.

In 1832, Augustus Jackson, a Black chef at the White House, revolutionized ice cream.
He modernized recipes, simplified production, and made ice cream accessible to everyone.

👉🏾 Without him, your cone would be empty.
But like so many others, his name was erased from official history.

Black history is not only about pain.
It’s also a story of genius, creativity and invention.

If you learned something today, share it.
Memory is already a form of justice. #AugustusJackson #HistoireNoire #MémoireNoire #InventionsNoires #BlackHistory #HiddenHistory #BlackGenius #AfroOptimiste #HistoireColoniale #Justice #Mémoire #Résistance #CultureNoire #Diaspora #FiertéNoire #KnowledgeIsPower #Education #HistoryFacts #DidYouKnow #TruthMatters #StopRacism #NoToRacism
