No more fast food - D’Prince embraces veganism

Nigerian singer Charles Enebeli, popularly known as D’Prince has announced a bold personal "revolution" to shun food or other products derived from animals.

D’Prince made this known in a post via his X page on Friday where he emphasised the critical role of health in societal transformation, declaring, “Health is the first revolution.”

The singer highlighted the dangers of today’s fast-paced, chemically laced food culture, linking it to issues such as mental fatigue, chronic illness and lack of motivation.

“We live in a world where overly processed; chemical-laced food is everywhere. It’s cheap, fast, addictive—and it’s slowly destroying us,” he warned.

D’Prince shared his personal decision to reject fast food and processed snacks in favour of real, whole, plant-based nutrition, further encouraging others to take control of their wellbeing,

He wrote," Mental fog, fatigue, chronic illness… this isn’t just 'aging' . it’s toxicity I had to make a decision. To opt out.

"No more fast food, no more processed snacks, no more fake 'food-like' substances. Only real, whole, healing food.

"What we eat isn’t just about the body it affects focus, sleep, mood, memory, even ambition. The revolution begins with clarity and clarity begins with nutrition.

"Healing is self-defense. Healing is rebellion. Healing is how we prepare for the real battles the ones that require us at full strength.

"If you’re tired, foggy, unmotivated start with your plate. You’d be amazed what happens when you stop poisoning your system.

"Save yourself. Heal your body. Unlock your potential. The revolution needs you at 100%. 🌿✊. I’m going Vegan for my health, my mind, and the future."
